Billing Types

Under the boards, you can assign work items to one or more employees. In the Office Portal, it is possible to add more than one employee to complete a particular task.

Task Description

Add a detailed description about the task to make the task contributor understand the task workflow better.

Due Date

Assign due date to complete the tasks and speed up the productivity

Priority

Prioritize your tasks to ensure critical work is completed on time. Assign tasks as High Priority, General, or add any other category to clearly indicate their importance. This helps team members understand which tasks to focus on first.

Task Types

Mark the type to make the team members understand the task type. In the office portal, we are having 3 types of tasks categories.

Work Item

This category includes regular tasks that need to be completed as part of everyday operations.

Bug

Employees in software development use this category to mark tasks that involve coding errors requiring fixing.

Location-Based Task

Field tasks are assigned with specific dates and location addresses (target locations). Once assigned, employees are restricted to processing the task only within that designated location for the duration of the task.

Sub Task

Break down larger tasks into manageable subtasks. This feature helps in tracking progress more accurately and ensures that every detail is accounted for.
