OfficePortal Terms and Conditions for Platform Usage

By registering for, accessing, or using any part of the OfficePortal HRMS platform (including but not limited to submitting demo requests, using trial accounts, or subscribing to full services), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These govern your relationship with OfficePortal and outline the legal framework for use of our services. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using OfficePortal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy.           

Eligibility and Access 

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to act on behalf of your company or organisation. 
  • Access to OfficePortal is provided for internal organisational use only and must not be used for any unauthorised, unlawful, or abusive activities. 

Use of Services  

  • Access credentials are non-transferable and must be used only by authorised users. 
  • OfficePortal may modify, limit, or revoke access at any time for violations of these terms or misuse. 
  • You agree not to interfere with the functioning of the platform or attempt to access data or systems unauthorised. 

Intellectual Property Rights 

  • All materials, features, designs, code, content, and logos related to OfficePortal remain the exclusive property of Awarious Technology Solutions. 
  • You may not duplicate, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission. 

Call Recording Consent 

  • By using OfficePortal services or engaging with our support team via phone, video, or chat, you explicitly consent to the recording of such interactions.
  • These recordings are used for internal training, quality assurance, compliance, and support documentation. 
  • Recordings will be securely stored and accessible only to authorised personnel. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the representative prior to the start of the interaction. Declining may limit the services we can provide.                                  

Termination of Access

  • OfficePortal reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice for any suspected misuse, breach of these terms, or unethical activity. 
  • Access will also be discontinued once your free trial period expires, unless you upgrade to a paid subscription plan. 

Third-party Tools & Services 

  • Some features of OfficePortal may integrate third-party tools or services (e.g., Zoom, Google Calendar, payment gateways). 
  • By using such features, you agree to the terms of those third-party platforms.
  • OfficePortal is not responsible for any data shared with third-party providers.                                         

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. 
  • OfficePortal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services.                    

Data Collection & Use

  • We collect data such as employee names, emails, phone numbers, job roles, attendance records, payroll details, and other relevant HR information for service purposes. 
  • All collected data is used solely for platform functionality, reporting, compliance, support, and internal improvements.                                         

Data Security & Retention

  • Your information is protected with industry-standard security protocols. 
  • Data is retained only for as long as necessary for business operations, compliance, or legal requirements.

Compliance and Legal Use 

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of OfficePortal complies with local, national, or international laws that apply to your business. 
  • Any misuse for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity is strictly prohibited. 

Amendments to Terms

  • OfficePortal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
  • Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use after updates signifies your acceptance. 
  • For significant changes, we may notify users via email or in-app notifications.

We use third-party services to give you the best user experience and to continuously improve it, however we will not sell your data to any one. These services use cookies.
