HRMS Globex is a name that pops up on a number of technology blogs, usually describing a cloud HR system with employee records, payroll, leave, attendance and self-service. We went looking for it in October 2026 and couldn't find an official vendor website, a named company behind it or a verified login page. That doesn't mean your employer isn't using something called Globex. It does mean you should get the login link from your HR team, not from a search engine. Below, we explain how to check an HR portal is genuine and what a trustworthy HRMS should give you.
What we found (and what we didn't)
Mostly general articles on tech and news sites. They list the usual HRMS features but never name the company that makes the software, where it's based or how to reach it. We also came across a few unrelated businesses that happen to share the Globex name, which doesn't help. With no vendor we could verify, we can't tell you what HRMS Globex really is or where its official login lives, so we haven't linked to any of those sites.
An email on day two
Picture a new starter, Lena. On her second morning an email arrives: "Log in to Globex HRMS to finish your onboarding", with a link underneath. Should she click it? Not yet. The safest route is to ask HR for the link directly; they chose the system, so they know the address. Once she has it, she bookmarks it and uses the bookmark from then on instead of searching. On the page itself, the domain should match exactly what HR gave her (watch for extra words, stray hyphens or odd endings), and the address should start with HTTPS. Multi-factor authentication goes on if it's offered. And nobody, not even someone claiming to be from IT, gets her password or a one-time code.

What should a reliable HRMS include?
At the very least:
- Central employee records in an HR management system
- Attendance tracking with biometric or mobile check-in
- Leave management with approvals and live balances
- Payroll with payslips employees can download
- Performance management for goals and reviews
- Role-based access, encryption and a record of who changed what
Five questions to ask any HRMS vendor
What's your registered company name, and where are you based? Where will our data be stored, and which security certifications do you hold? Are your prices published, and what does setup cost? How do we get our data out if we leave? What support do you offer, and when? A vendor worth trusting answers all five clearly, in writing, without being chased. If the first one gets a vague answer, walk away.
