Leave rule policies: Enhanced leave settings with policy-based rules so organizations can configure accruals by location, department, job title, employment type, experience, and band.
Push notifications: Improved the notifications tab with filters for All, Mentions, and Unread, plus a search field for easier management.
Performance assessments: Removed the character limit on answer text fields so employees can submit responses of any length.
Leave expiration settings: Added configurable expiration to leave types — expiry can be based on the end of the accrual month, a fixed number of days after accrual, or a specific date each year.
Employee management shortcuts: Added quick actions to deactivate employees and disable portal access directly from the employees list.
Attendance shortage reminders: Fixed an issue where shortage reminders were calculated using full-day working hours instead of the actual shift duration.

Attendance regulation reminder: Added a new attendance regulation reminder option in check-in/check-out settings. When enabled, employees with short hours, half-day, or absent records from the previous week who have not applied for leave or submitted a manual attendance entry will receive a weekly reminder email to take action before LOP is applied.
Day-off and holiday highlights: Attendance records will now be visually highlighted when employees work on a day-off or holiday in My Attendance, My Team Attendance, and Employee Attendance Report screens.
Shift settings: Added validation to ensure that at least one working day is configured in shift settings.
