Leave rule policies: Enhanced leave settings with policy-based rules so organizations can configure accruals by location, department, job title, employment type, experience, and band.

Push notifications: Improved the notifications tab with filters for All, Mentions, and Unread, plus a search field for easier management.

Performance assessments: Removed the character limit on answer text fields so employees can submit responses of any length.

Leave expiration settings: Added configurable expiration to leave types — expiry can be based on the end of the accrual month, a fixed number of days after accrual, or a specific date each year.

Employee management shortcuts: Added quick actions to deactivate employees and disable portal access directly from the employees list.

Attendance shortage reminders: Fixed an issue where shortage reminders were calculated using full-day working hours instead of the actual shift duration.

Attendance: Fixed an issue where overtime (OT) values were not shown in attendance records.

Task due reminders: Introduced email and push notification reminders for daily and weekly overdue tasks, along with overdue task reminders for project contributors to help project managers improve task completion and follow-up.

Attendance regulation reminder: Added a new attendance regulation reminder option in check-in/check-out settings. When enabled, employees with short hours, half-day, or absent records from the previous week who have not applied for leave or submitted a manual attendance entry will receive a weekly reminder email to take action before LOP is applied.

Day-off and holiday highlights: Attendance records will now be visually highlighted when employees work on a day-off or holiday in My Attendance, My Team Attendance, and Employee Attendance Report screens.

Shift settings: Added validation to ensure that at least one working day is configured in shift settings.

Addressed an issue of without access if attempted to open notifications/url links inside employee menu..

Call tracker: Fixed an issue where the Request to Delete option was not displayed correctly when the Delete Request action was enabled alongside other call deletion permissions.

Approval workflow: Fixed an issue where future requests were not routed correctly after an employee's approver criteria value (such as role or department) was changed; requests will now be routed to all administrator approvers as expected.

Field work item type added inside timetracker- projects, enabling to track location based activities of the task members.(Available in basic version of geotracker lite add-on).

Pay period and date range filters are now available in My Attendance, My Team Attendance, and Employee Attendance reports, making it easier to view attendance data for any required period.

Payslips, TDS, and Form 16 documents can now be sent to the personal email addresses of exited employees, ensuring continued access to important payroll documents.

Overtime policy priority can now be configured using drag-and-drop, helping organizations control which OT policy should be applied when multiple policies are eligible.

Total time is now displayed in Monitoring Live Status, providing a complete view of employees' active, idle, and overall logged hours.

Monitoring dashboards have been enhanced with richer workforce insights, including visibility into top performers and employees who may require attention.

Statutory enrollment has been streamlined. When EPF, ESI, or Gratuity is enabled during a financial year, the required salary revision is automatically created to ensure accurate payroll processing.
