A final settlement is a statement provided to an employee when they leave the organization. It includes details of final salary, pending dues, leave encashment, bonuses, and deductions. Employers must provide a final settlement summary after completing the employee’s exit process.

To View Templates
Navigate to:
Settings > Payroll Settings > General Settings > Preferences
- Click on Templates
- Select “Final Settlement” to view the template
- Click “VIEW” to enlarge and review the contents and layout
Note
If you wish to display the company logo and address in the final settlement document, you can configure it under:
Settings > Organization Settings > Account Settings > Company Profile
To Add Company Logo
- Hover the cursor over the default logo
- Click on the “Update” (camera icon) option
- Upload and save your company logo
To Add Organization Address
- Click on Address Details in the Company Profile section
- Enter the required location details
- Click Save to update
