The My Team Performance section gives managers and admins a clear overview of how their team has performed across different review cycles. By viewing employee distribution across performance bucket types, you can quickly identify top performers, track progress, and put the right improvement plans in place.
This option is available for authorized personnel who have admin or managerial roles.
Go to the My Team Performance section to view the performance of your team across individual review cycles.
Once you enter this section, you will see a list of review cycles conducted so far, along with the start date, end date, status, and a preview button for each cycle.
Clicking the Preview button displays a breakdown of your team members by bucket type. For example, if your organization uses bucket types such as Outstanding Performer, Meets Expectations, and Needs Improvement, you will see the count of employees falling under each category. This helps you identify performance trends and plan improvement initiatives accordingly.
