In the Exit Details section of an employee’s profile, OfficePortal admins can easily update key information. Simply click the Edit button to modify details such as the notice period start and end dates, last working day, approximate final settlement date, and portal access disabled date. You can also add the reason for exit, personal email address, new authorized employees, and any relevant notes. Keeping this information up to date ensures a smooth transition and proper record-keeping for the organization.
