You need not spend much time updating all the data. Enter the official email address in the work email addresses field on the work information. Now, you can view the “Save & Send Invite” button on the top. Just tap on that button and send the invite to the employees to access the “OfficePortal”. The employee will receive an email to set the password in a few minutes. The employees can set their password by clicking on the link to select the password. With the help of the assigned role, the employees can update their data (i.e. ID Proof, Education & experience, emergency contacts, etc.)
Meanwhile, On the work information page, you could click on the “edit” button and enter all other work information like Employment type, Office extension, work phone, division, band and ethnicity of the employee.
- In case the employee reports to anyone, it is necessary to choose the reporting manager for the employee from the drop-down list of the employees as mentioned in the above image.
- In case the employee is a director CEO and need not report to anyone, enable the “Does not report to anyone” toggle button as mentioned in the below image
Update the HR partner details, Probation, Notice period and termination details, whichever is applicable.
