In the My Team Shift section, admins can efficiently assign shifts to employees. At the top right corner of the screen, you will find three key options:
1. Shift View
Displays all shifts created in Shift Settings.
Helps admins quickly review available shifts.
2. Employee View
Lists all employees in your organization.
Displays details such as employee name, total working hours, and working days in a structured table format.
Use the plus (+) icon to assign shifts to employees for upcoming working days.
3. Filter Option
Allows admins to filter employees based on:
Employee Name or ID
Location
Job Title
Department
Roles
Bands
Divisions
Shifts
Employee Status
Click Apply to confirm your filter selection or Reset Apply to modify filters.
Export option
Admins can export employee shift details in XLSX format for easy record-keeping using this option.
