The Assessment Questions section allows you to add and manage the questions that will be part of performance reviews for different job bands (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Development).
How to Configure Assessment Questions:
Navigate to Assessment Questions:
- Go to Settings.
- Click on Assessment Questions.
Select the Job Band:
- In the list of bands (e.g., Sales, Digital Marketing, Development, etc.), select the job band for which you want to configure questions.
- Click on the band name to enter the configuration page.
Add New Questions:
- Click Add New to create a new question.
- Provide a Question for Employees (e.g., “How effectively did you meet your sales targets?”).
- Provide a Question for Employers (e.g., “How satisfied are you with the employee’s performance?”).
Choose Answer Type:
- Select the type of answer for each question:
- Text: Allows free-form text responses.
- Radio Button: Multiple-choice selection.
- Checkbox: Yes/No or other binary responses.
- Select the type of answer for each question:
Assign Weightage:
- For each question, assign a Weightage (e.g., 10, 20, etc.). Ensure that the total weightage for all questions adds up to 100%.
Save the Question:
- Once a question is added, click Save.
- If you want to add more questions, click Save and Add New.
Customizing Questions for Each Review Cycle:
- You can adjust questions for each review cycle (Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Annually) using the Individual Cycle Customisation option based on your organization’s needs.
