You can view all requests under the Inbox, categorized into three sections: My Requests, Awaiting Approval, and Completed. This feature is applicable for various modules such as Leaves, Leave Rollover, Comp Off, Timesheet, Expense and Reimbursement, Proof of Investments, Assets, and Attendance Tracker.
My Requests #
Employees can view all their submitted requests along with the status. Clicking on a specific request allows employees to view complete details, including relevant information like billable or non-billable time for timesheets, expense details for reimbursement requests, or proof details for investments.
Awaiting Approval #
Reporting managers can access all requests awaiting their approval. To approve or reject a request, click on the respective item. After reviewing, you can either approve the request by clicking the Approve button or reject it using the Reject or Reject with Reason options.
Completed #
All approved or rejected requests are automatically moved to the Completed section, allowing easy tracking of finalized items.
This streamlined approach ensures clarity and efficiency across all modules, whether it’s tracking attendance, managing leaves, handling expenses, or processing investment proofs.
Statuses of Requests #
The statuses for various requests, such as Leaves, Leave Rollover, Comp Off, Timesheet, Expense and Reimbursement, Proof of Investments, Assets, and Attendance Tracker, are as follows:
- All submitted requests awaiting approval will be in Pending status.
- Approved requests will be marked as Approved.
- Rejected requests will be marked as Rejected.
- Revoked requests will be marked as Revoked once they are revoked by the employee or manager.
These statuses provide clear visibility into the progress of each request.
